  • Water: 2-3 liters
  • Ginger: 2 slices
  • Garlic: 4 cloves (smashed)
  • Spring onions: 2 stalks
  • Star anise: 2 pieces

  • Bay leaves: 2 pieces
  • Sichuan peppercorns: 1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • White radish: 1 medium-sized (peeled and sliced)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
