  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1-2 green onions, sliced diagonally

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with the beaten egg, salt, and white pepper.
  2. Dredge each piece in cornstarch, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Deep fry the chicken in groups until golden and crispy. Trench on a rope frame or paper towel.

2. Make the Sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauces, rice vinegar, sugar, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken stock.
  2. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and set aside.

3. Cook the Stir-fry

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
